The Kienbaum Skills Diagnostics brings pragmatic solutions to companies that want to identify, evaluate and capitalize on their existing skills, in perspective with their current and future challenges.

Combining various tools (competency-based interviews, individual and group workshops, business case studies, multi-source assessment, feedback and intermediary coaching, psychometric tests), the solutions designed by Kienbaum enable organizations to elaborate a detailed skills cartography. Coaching and Leadership Development

Accompagner les dirigeants et les managers pour atteindre leurs objectifs et trouver des solutions à leurs interrogations. Coacher les acteurs clés de l'entreprise et leur permettre de développer leur leadership, de gagner en efficacité, d’améliorer leur performance managériale et d’allier enjeux stratégiques et développement du capital humain. Le coaching individuel répond aux besoins spécifiques des dirigeants.

Le coaching d’équipe agit sur les interactions et la dynamique collective. Team coaching is based on simultaneous interactions among all parties. This is a tailor-made programme with several days of workshops. The coach then works with the team leader to design a training plan for the team, help the members gain confidence in themselves and their leader and develop the skills and behaviours they need to interact as partners.

The co-development method uses a group of individuals (8 to 10 persons) who decide to share their managerial experience in order to become more proficient as professionals.

Compensation Consulting

Due to an increasing request for market data and in order to better serve their clients, Kienbaum is extending its compensation data business to France and launches a cross-industry compensation survey in France.

The survey offers a well-founded basis for comparing your own practices with the market in France. It covers about 100 positions among the typical job families (e.g. Top Management, Finance, HR, IT, Sales) with a specific focus on digital jobs. Kienbaum has an easy-to-use methodology to match your own jobs to standard function profiles, which guarantees a customized analysis.
